Good afternoon!

Looks like the rain dances were not enough, we are currently experiencing a record drought. There is light at the end of the tunnel, our rainy season is right around the corner. This week our mowing team addressed Collier blvd. drainage swells vegetation. Mowing team will continue weekly servicing, areas of sod that are stressed will be left alone to reduce further damage. The Pruning team and I completed the service request up to Wednesday of this week, we will be addressing new requests next week. 

    Irrigation

    Clock E Renovation ( weeks of 5/12-19/2025) will be completed:

    • Replacing and waterproofing all valve box wiring connections
    • Extending wiring where needed
    • Replacing outdated solenoids and decoders
    • Repairing or replacing damaged valve boxes
    • Approval is in process for Hoover to map the mainlines, which will significantly help us understand sizing and flow across clocks.
    • 5/05/2025: Clock E renovations and 20 service requests turned it to office.
    • Friday- Travis and I will review open proposals and bring them to the management office for review.

    Fertilization & IPM

    • Week of Jan 7, 2025: Applied granular fertilizer (16-0-8) to grass
    • Week of Jan 13, 2025: Applied fungicide to Brown Patch areas
