Good day to everyone! I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving with their friends and family! It looks like 2 weeks ago was our coldest front yet as we steadily get back into our warmer sunny winter weather. With the help of both teams pruning we have completed another cycle around the resort and finished in the higher lot numbers of Coach lane.
*Pruning Schedule
- Week of December 1st: (Pink/ Blue)
- Week of December 8th: ( Blue/ Purple and possibly pull into Beige )
*Weed spraying
- First two weeks of December we are scheduled to complete all the remaining off lake lots.
*IPM / Fertilization
- Week of Jan 12-16 2026: Applied granular fertilizer (16-0-8) to grass
*Irrigation
- Wet check crew provides property wide service once a month (second and third week of month), David is on site one day per week addressing service requests as needed.
