Good day to all!
Wake me up, when September ends… As we head into the spooky season, forecasts are showing some rainy days ahead. Could definitely use it for our new sod. We were successfully able to move up the scheduled palm trimming 30 days forward, the annual palm trimming has begun.
Sod restoration project for 2025 was a success, and the new turf has adapted nicely. Club house enhancements have been completed, though 2.00 approved enhancements are being scheduled for next week as well as the sod in the dog park. Our pruning team has completed around 30 service requests this past month, and have 3.00 more to complete on monday. As the requests tend to increase as the season arrives we will be reviewing, schedingly and updating services on when we complete. We are going to correlate service requests with the sections we are going to be pruning. Hedge team has completed the Championship blvd. hedge and will begin monday on shaping privacy hedges in the resort.
Landscape lighting was reviewed in the month of October and repairs completed where needed.
