Good day to all!
Good day to all! Starting off the third week of September much drier has allowed us to begin the 2025 Sod Restoration project here at the resort. By the middle of week one and all through week two of September we received the legendary summer rains that occured each afternoon into late evenings almost daily.
This weather delayed our mowing and pruning and the scheduled enhancements. As things have dried out over the past weekend we are getting back into routine. With daily debris and pruning more heavy during this time of year, we are slightly behind schedule. Once the mowing team has finished its cycle they will be helping the pruning team get back on schedule.
Hedge team is scheduled to be on property by the second half of September and we have secured the annual palm trimming by the end of September, please make sure under the palms are clear of any materials. Next year, we plan on trimming certain varieties of palms twice a year- Royals, Bismarcks and Coconut palms. Fingers crossed for a no-hurricane season!
