Good day to all!
Happy Halloween to all of you, have a fun and safe evening! The temperature is absolutely gorgeous as we head into our winter months here in southwest Florida. Annual flowers are scheduled for installation the week of November 10th, bed prepping will begin at the end of the first week of November. This week we had an extra team come in and help the pruning team move forward through the zones. That extra team will be back during the third week of November. As we begin our transition into the winter months schedule, our mowing team will begin bi-weekly mowing of the resort, starting next week, so that we can have the resort mowed the week of Thanksgiving. This means the mowing team will be helping the pruning team with pruning lots the first and third week of November. We completed 18 landscape service requests this week and will continue with more next week. Our mowing team completed the Championship Blvd. culver grass cut down as the standing water dissipated and the push back of encroaching plant material from the opposite side of road is scheduled for the week of November 10th.

*Weed spraying
- Weeks of October 20th through 27th : From lakeside lots 4789 Corian Court to 4549 SBD and club house. And then starting at off-lake lot 4520 SBD to approximately 5000 CL. (Actual completion was- past 5000 CL and included all off-lakes lots back to the club house.)
- First week of November our mowing team will be helping the pruning team and will not spray as much, estimating by the end of the second week of November, all lakeside lots will be sprayed.

- October’s wet checks were completed. November’s wet checks are to begin in the second week of November and be completed by the end of the third week.
- Hoover was onsite this week addressing the pumps.
- David completed his 6.00 service requests.
