Good day to all!
I hope everyone is staying warm on these chilly Florida days. Please be aware as we experience these cold weather days, some of our flowering shrubs and bush vegetation may experience yellowing and leaf droppage. Since the 5th of this month our teams have completed numerous service request tickets, and we have been in constant communication with Paul and Madison. A game plan on improving the completion time on irrigation issues and our communication has been implemented.
*Mowing
- The week on the 19th is a mow week
- The week of the 26th is a no mow week
*Pruning Schedule
- Week of the 19th: (Green/ Pink)
- Week of the 26th: (Pink/ Blue)
*Weed spraying
- Started at the front entrance working our way to #4995 both sides of Southern Breeze Drive.
*IPM / Fertilization

- Spring plant fertilization is scheduled for March 4-5th.
- Spring lawn fertilization is scheduled for April 27th- May 1st.
*Irrigation
- Wet check crew provides property wide service once a month (second and third week of month), David is onsite once a week completing service requests as needed.
- David has submitted with Paul approx. 40 service requests that we completed.
- Irrigation system was down for a couple of days due to pump and main line enhancements.
- We are addressing the stuck valves on lots due to clogging.
- January wet checks have been completed.
