Good afternoon! Rainy season has finally arrived! Afternoon showers and thunderstorms are here to help. With this rain our property is greening up after the drought we just experienced. The newly installed flowers at the entry gates are filling in nicely adding a splash of leaf color and flower power to our resort.

Pruning Schedule

• Week of June 23rd: (Green)
• Week of June 16th: (Yellow )
• Week of June 2nd: (Red Completed)
• Week of June 9th: (ClubHouse and Yellow)

Weed spraying

• Weeks June 9th-23rd: Spraying Club house, outside berm, off-lake lots from 4520 SBD to 4846 SBD

IPM / Fertilization

• Week of Jan 7, 2025: Applied granular fertilizer (16-0-8) to grass
• Week of Jan 13, 2025: Applied fungicide to Brown Patch areas

• Main line repair was completed this week.
• Clock A inspections and repairs completed this week.
• Progressing into Clock B inspections and repairs. Clock C is going to be followed.
• Week of 6/16: Construction crew will be working on front island fresh water conversion.
